This concerns decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without the intervention of a person (for example, an employee of DNM Industrial Firefighting). DNM Industrial Firefighting has the following computer programs or systems:

1. CRM – Unit4 Multivers
   Is used to store the data listed at “Personal information we process”. In the Multivers program of the company Unit4, we can create a link between a quotation requested by a customer with materials and the purchase/assembly process required to deliver them in the event of an order.
   Consequences for the parties concerned: At regular times, DNM Industrial Firefighting will contact the customer by telephone or email with the purpose of obtaining information or providing information regarding the quotation or order in progress.

2. Newsletters – Mailerlite
   Is used to send relevant business information to the customers present in Multivers.
   The data processor for this program is Mailerlite.
   Consequence for the persons concerned: Should relevant marketing information be available for the customer, DNM Industrial Firefighting will send it to the customers of DNM Industrial Firefighting through a “mailing”.

3. Google Analytics
   Is used to record the origin, frequency, and duration of your stay on the DNM Industrial Firefighting website.
   Consequences for the parties concerned: Your IP address is recorded in Google Analytics. The data processor for this program is Google LLC. For questions related to AVG, Google LLC can be reached at data-protection-office@google.com.
   The data will be taken outside the EU and Google LLC is certified for the EU-US Privacy Shield. DNM Industrial Firefighting has a processing agreement with Google LLC.

DNM Industrial Firefighting. does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. Except for those data subject to a statutory retention period. We will apply a period of 1 years after you have indicatedyou don’t want to receive more service from DNM Industrial Firefighting.
